This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds for items purchased on our website, including Dresses, Jeans, Shirts, and Blouses.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 30 days from the date you received the item.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or confirmation email ready.

Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, altered, washed, or worn are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
  • Intimate apparel or swimwear if the hygiene seal is broken.

How to Initiate a Return

Since we do not have a customer portal, please follow these simple steps:

  2. In your email, please include your Order Number, the product name(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our support team will respond promptly with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RMA number visibly on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider's processing times, but it typically takes 5-10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item as described above. Once the refund is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
