All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse.

- Standard Shipping: Delivery times typically range from 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or local postal services.
We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your items.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are applied to every order. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase. We do not offer free shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days after your order confirmation, please contact us.
Delivery Address & Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. SaudadeSilk is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local post office or neighbors. For any unresolved delivery issues, we are here to assist.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to SaudadeSilk. We cannot predict or control these charges.
